i have worked out for years with several pieces of equipment in my home. i wanted to add something especially designed for lower body workouts without spending a fortune. this machine is awesome. i would recommend it 100%. it is made well. the dvd is simple and it is the complement to the other pieces of equipment i was looking for. if you are over 6 feet tall, this machine may not be large enough. being 5 feet tall, i find it just fine. love the lower body workout, it gets right to the "point" and i can see a change already (about 6 weeks of use). well worth the money. 61 years old and loving my power gym.
